This exciting new development would see the inclusion of 174 residential units and will reinstate commercial spaces along the Gottingen streetwall.
This tall-mid rise development is located within the newly classified CEN-2 zone, with a FAR of 7.5, and based on this will have a total gross floor area of approximately 126,020 sqft, of which approximately 3,050 sqft will be dedicated to commercial use. The primary residential entrance to the building will be located at the top of the Cogswell streetwall. Adjacent to the entrance is a medium-scale at-grade open space, complete with a colonnade, wherein residents and the public can congregate. Grade related units featuring dedicated patios cascade down Cogswell toward Gottingen Street.
